I am an employment attorney focused on protecting employers and mitigating risk.

I advise business owners and leadership teams throughout New Jersey and the New York metro area, and employers nationwide on federal employment matters. My work is designed to help organizations move beyond minimum compliance and toward durable, defensible people practices that support growth.
